Hotel Katherine is a 10 bedroom hotel located in Britain’s most easterly town Lowestoft in Suffolk. We are a minute’s stroll from the award winning sandy beach and the tranquil park of Kensington Gardens where you can enjoy tennis, bowls and grab a coffee at the café.
Darren & Jane bought the property in 2017 and after a period of renovation re-opened the hotel in the summer of 2018, passionate about bringing the hotel back to its former glory. The rooms have been lovingly refurbished to make the guest experience second to none. Along with their love of people you can be sure of a relaxing stay.
The decor has a calming and relaxing feel. We have retained many of the buildings original features from the Victorian period complemented with a modern twist.

Miles of golden beaches, nature reserves and the Norfolk Broads are right on the doorstep. Lowestoft is full of history and the local towns of Beccles and Southwold are only a short distance away.
